DEMINERALIZATION - Highest Purity of Water
Demineralization, also called deionization or desalination, consists in removing all dissolved minerals from the water. After the demineralization process, remines only hydrogen molecules and hydroxyl groups, which create water. Demineralization can be carried out on ion exchangers (also called ion exchange resins) or by reverse osmosis RO.
This process allows the preparation of water, which is used in many fields of the economy, including in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries, gastronomy, laboratories and medicine. It also works well in the electronics and power industry and wherever the highest purity of water is required for proper operation of the equipment.
The degree of desalination / demineralization is measured by the amount of electrolytic conductivity of the water expressed in microsiemens [mS / cm] or ppm. Devices used to demineralize water are controlled by measuring the conductivity of treated water.
We produce systems for partial demineralization as well as for complete demineralization.
